With over 25 years of experience in the world of wellness with accreditation in Remedial Massage Bowen, Reiki and Traditional Hatha Yoga, the human body, mind, energy and spirit have taught me many things.

Posture should be steady and comfortable.
Let’s expand this and come a little deeper into what a posture is –
the posture of the breath, the body, the mind, the thought, posture of the voice and also of that which is not spoken.
