    Practicing Yin with Schell has become a cherished highlight of my week. As a busy engaged mum juggling a full time job I often feel there’s never enough time to accomplish everything on my To-Do list – however my time on the mat has transformed my life in ways I never imagined.

    Through Schell’s guidance I’ve found a greater sense of balance – my body ,mind and spirit.

    I’ve learnt to self- observe; not only in my yoga practice but also in my daily life.

    This newfound awareness has helped me cope better with the emotionally taxing demands of my work load…more importantly I’ve discovered the power of my breath – something I had overlooked for far too long.

    Schell’s positive and calm nature is contagious, making each session feel like a sanctuary amidst the chaos of life.
